Job summary

You will ensure legal compliance, manage a regional HR team, and align HR initiatives with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; HR certifications preferred (PHR/SHRM-CP).
• Minimum 5 years HR experience in related roles.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Lead Talent Acquisition and HRBP teams; supervise coordinators.
• Develop and monitor HR KPIs; drive talent strategies.
• Coordinate open enrollment, compensation benchmarking, and budgets.
• Partner with vendors and internal leaders to align HR initiatives.
