Responsibilities

• Policy & Compliance: Update policy and procedures manual, explain and implement Crossworld policies. Uphold confidentiality and data privacy.
• Staff interaction: Answer policy questions and guide staff on procedures for their situations.
• Administrative tasks: Prepare letters and documents for international staff, update job descriptions, track annual reviews.
• Participate in regularly scheduled staff meetings, prayer times, and faith-based events.
