Islamic Society of Baltimore (ISB) is seeking an HR Administrator to serve as the primary HR contact across the organization. The role supports employees and leaders through the employment lifecycle, ensures compliant HR practices, and assists with payroll and timekeeping while upholding ISB's mission and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, nonprofit management or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of progressively responsible HR administration experience in a nonprofit or multi‑department setting.
• Experience with payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and confidential records management.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day HR processes for all ISB departments and units, promoting consistent practices.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR policies, benefits, leave, payroll questions, and employee matters.
• Maintain confidential personnel files, HR records, job descriptions, and record-retention schedules.
