Nuclear Care Partners in Auburn, CA is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support patients in their homes under DOE/Nuclear Energy programs. You will provide one-on-one, relationship-based care and assist with activities of daily living.

This role offers hourly pay between $21.00 and $25.75, with benefits for full- and part-time staff: PTO, medical, dental, vision, EAP, and a 401(k). CPR certification and a valid driver's license are required, and prior home health experience is

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR certified.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement
• Support meal preparation, nutrition support and light housekeeping
• Monitor and report changes in condition
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
