You will manage a finance and operations team, advance process automation, oversee procurement, and ensure multi-state licensing and payroll compliance while supporting growth aligned with the church-focused

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration is required.
7-10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
3-5 years in a director or senior leadership role with team management.
Project-based accounting experience in AV, integration, or construction-adjacent work.
Multi-state licensing, tax, and payroll across 30+ states.
GAAP, internal controls, and cash flow management.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Co-CEO to provide financial clarity and cross-department alignment.
Lead annual budget, cash flow modeling, and monthly close by the 20th.
Mentor finance and administrative staff, optimizing AP/AR/payroll workflows.
Oversee procurement to maximize vendor discounts and protect cash flow.
Ensure licensing, tax filings, and payroll compliance across states.
