Job summary
Jewish Family Service of Dallas seeks a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality primary and preventive care at JFS Northpoint Health Center in Dallas. This full-time, non-exempt role works with a multidisciplinary team in a medical home model.
You will perform history taking, exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans, maintain records, and participate in quality initiatives. Requires Texas license, DEA, BLS, and 1–2 years outpatient experience.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program.
- Certified as a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner.
- Active Texas medical license and DEA registration.
- Current BLS certification and 1–2 years outpatient NP experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality primary care with advanced clinical skills.
- Perform history taking, physical exams, diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Maintain complete medical records using EMR software.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team in a medical home model.
- Participate in quality improvement and care coordination.
