Qualifications

• MD or DO medical degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of Family Practice Residency training.
• Minimum 2 years of public health experience.
• Strong knowledge of public health regulations and general medicine.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills; familiar with Electronic Health Records (EHR).

Responsabilités

• Review patient records including medical history, allergies and medications.
• Perform examinations and document findings in the EHR.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging; analyze results.
• Prescribe treatments within state guidelines and clinic policy.
• Provide prenatal care and family planning services as appropriate.
• Supervise mid-level providers and participate in staff meetings.
• Travel to clinic sites as needed and maintain patient charts in the EHR.
