Dorchester Bay Economic Development Corporation (DBEDC) seeks a Chief Operating Officer to lead internal management and serve as second in command. The COO will oversee six department leads, run the operating rhythm, and translate CEO direction into practical plans for staff day-to-day.

The role is part of the Executive Leadership Team, with focus on cross‑functional collaboration, data-driven management, and driving strategic priorities for affordable housing, lending, and community development.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience including coaching leaders
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and executive-level projects
• Strong financial literacy with budget-to-actual reporting and analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead six department leads with clear outcome goals and development plans
