You will work closely with the People Team to deliver exceptional talent, manage candidate experiences, and uphold our standards for equity and inclusion across all hiring activities.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of progressive recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with managers to source exceptional candidates.
• Execute and continually improve the recruitment process end-to-end.
• Advise managers on market trends and hiring strategies.
• Identify top candidates and manage their hiring experience with care.
• Represent CLEAResult and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders.
• Support the Recruiting team and cross-functional partners.
