You will cultivate relationships across management levels, streamline recruitment while elevating best-in-class practices, and provide market insights to tailor hiring strategies at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressive recruitment.
• Experience with Workday and Paradox preferred.
• Data-driven approach and market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with managers to source exceptional candidates.
• Execute a best-in-class recruitment process and improve it.
• Advise on market trends and competitive strategies for hiring at scale.
• Shepherd candidates through the hiring experience with care.
• Represent CLEAResult brand in candidate interactions.
• Support the Recruiting team and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Partner with vendors and other organizations.
