Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is hiring for a friendly retail team member to join our donation-driven stores. You will ring up sales, assist customers, stock floors, greet donors, and help with donations while contributing to our mission of job training and education in the community.

No experience needed; cash handling is a plus. The role involves standing, lifting up to 10 pounds, and staying on the move in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the register.
• Ring sales, handle payments, bag merchandise, and thank customers.
• Keep the sales floor stocked and organized; rotate merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, safe shopping environment, including dressing rooms.
• Greet donors, accept donations, and issue receipts.
• Support donation door operations and sorting/hanger tasks.
• Report safety or security concerns to management and assist as needed.
