Job summary

LOUi Consulting seeks an experienced BTS Site Manager to lead on-site operations for Base Telecommunications Systems. You will oversee staffing, schedules, and project execution, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate with government partners, manage outages and work orders, and maintain critical documentation across multiple systems in a mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive telecom/voice/network/base-communications experience highlighted.
• 3+ years leading technical personnel or O&M services.
• Security clearance and technical certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary on-site contractor representative to DoD/air-force stakeholders.
• Plan, assign, supervise, and coordinate all contract work with adequate staffing.
• Maintain outages, work orders, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure 24/7/365 call-back coverage and adherence to response times.
• Maintain documentation and logs (CAIRS/TMS, CIPS/CVC).
• Oversee safety, quality control, and compliance with security requirements.
