Job summary

Revolutional is seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator to support the DHS HSI Technical Operations mission. You will manage receipt, storage, inventory control, packaging, shipping, and lifecycle tracking of sensitive equipment nationwide.

You will ensure government-furnished equipment and contractor property are accurately tracked from receipt to deployment and return, maintaining complete inventory accountability and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination.
• Experience shipping technical IT equipment.
• Knowledge of inventory control and asset accountability.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and inventory incoming equipment and supplies.
• Maintain warehouse inventory using asset management systems and Excel.
• Package and ship sensitive equipment to DHS field offices.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with carriers and government systems.
• Track shipments from origin to delivery and resolve issues.
• Maintain chain-of-custody documentation for equipment.
• Perform routine inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate returns, repairs, warranty actions.
• Prepare shipping docs: packing lists, bills of lading.
• Organize warehouse storage for efficiency; support inventories and audits.
• Assist forecasting supply requirements and maintaining inventory levels.
• Coordinate with program management and technical teams on availability.
• Ensure compliance with DHS property management policies and security procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse operations.
