Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of general systems engineering experience with HS diploma or GED.
• 7+ years with a Bachelor's in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years with a Master's in engineering.
• 3+ years with a Ph.D. in engineering.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements, CONOPS, and high-level architectures to derive detailed system requirements.
• Lead system design and development with integration of requirements, architecture, and technology.
• Guide stakeholders in formulating requirements and evaluating alternatives.
• Seamlessly transition and incorporate new designs into ongoing operations.
• Author system architecture models and detailed design specifications.
• Develop SEMPs and System Integration and Test Plans.
• Interface with government leaders and cross-functional teams to resolve trade-offs.
