Job summary

Nyla Technology Solutions seeks a Level 1 Software Engineer with an active TS/SCI polygraph to design, build, and maintain mission-critical software in data-driven, real-time environments. You will work hands-on with analytics, database applications, and scalable services, collaborating with systems engineers and team leads in an Agile setting to translate requirements into robust software.

Annual base compensation for this role ranges from $199,000 to $235,000 USD, with discretionary bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with related field; 2+ years analytics/financial intelligence, or Master's with 0+ years; or HS diploma with 6+ years experience.
• Experience in software development across multiple languages and environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methods and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain mission-critical software in data-driven, real-time contexts.
• Collaborate with systems engineers and team leads in an Agile environment to translate requirements into scalable, performant software.
• Debug, test, and enhance software components; contribute to automated testing and code quality initiatives.
• Utilize database skills to work with relational and non-relational data stores.
• Integrate software components with OSS, COTS, or GOTS solutions.
