Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Sr. Systems Architect to translate complex requirements into scalable IT architectures across system, data, and security domains.

You will mature baselines, govern documentation, and ensure traceability, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment. Primary responsibilities include leading design reviews, maintaining architecture artifacts, and ensuring compliance with DoDAF/TOGAF and IC directives while mentoring engineering teams on MBSE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or related discipline with 8-12 years of experience.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with ability to pass polygraph.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale systems and traceability between design artifacts and requirements.
• Proficiency with architecture tools such as Sparx EA, Cameo or MagicDraw.
• Strong written and verbal communication for design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and mature IT architecture baselines into scalable design models.
• Develop, maintain, and govern architecture documentation across system, data, and security domains.
• Ensure traceability between artifacts, requirements, and deployed solutions.
• Lead architectural reviews and present concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Adhere to Enterprise Architecture standards and IC directives, mentoring downstream teams.
