Hive Group, LLC on Redstone Arsenal in Alabama seeks a Mid Level Systems Administrator to deliver on-site support for DoD contract writing and procurement systems. You will manage ECWM, ORBIT, PIEE modules and SQL scripts, ensuring security, compliance, and efficient operation for mission-critical programs.

The role requires an ACTIVE Secret Clearance, ITIL foundation, and seven years of systems admin experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management Systems or a related field.
• 7+ years of systems administration and customer service/help desk experience.
• 3 years of experience with DoD Contract Writing System(s), WAWF/WAWF E Business/PIEE.
• ACTIVE Secret Clearance required; ITIL Foundation or Higher.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site functional and technical support as a system administrator for all DoD procurement systems.
• Sustain efficiency of business and transactional operations, maintaining compliance and data security.
• Run SQL scripts, manage security models, and support ECWM/ORBIT/PIEE use by staff.
• Administer user accounts, answer end-user questions, troubleshoot issues, and respond to data calls.
• Develop and deliver workforce training on DoD E-Business systems and procedures.
• Create and update internal SOPs and desk guides for workforce use.
