Job summary

Hive Group, LLC is seeking multiple mid-level Systems Administrators for on-site support at Redstone Arsenal, AL. You will manage DoD procurement systems (ECWM, ORBIT, PIEE) and ensure security/compliance while translating complex tech for non-technical users.

Role requires a SECRET clearance, DoD system experience, and ITIL knowledge. Telework may be possible per contract; strong customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management Systems or related field.
• Seven years of systems administration and customer service/help desk experience.
• Three years of experience with DoD Contract Writing System(s), WAWF/E Business/PIEE.
• ITIL Foundation or Higher.
• Active Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site functional and technical support as a system administrator for DoD E-Business systems across contracting directorates.
• Maintain security, accuracy and compliance of vital data systems and support DoD procurement processes.
• Run SQL scripts, manage security models and perform system administration tasks across ECWM, ORBIT and PIEE modules.
• Train workforce on procurement systems and develop SOPs and desk guides for end users.
• Develop and update internal guides, checklists and self-help materials for the E-Business Service Desk.
