Job summary

INflow Federal is seeking a Systems Administrator to support a GEOINT exploitation system on-site for analysts. You will troubleshoot, automate deployments, and manage VDI endpoints, virtual machines, and geospatial/corporate software as part of an elite, agile team.

This role emphasizes mission uptime, security, and collaboration across stakeholders, with opportunities to work on high-impact projects and use cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

5-10 years of directly related experience in systems administration and analysis.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent.
Experience supporting maintenance and change requests for user-facing devices and systems.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Ability to work within a team on projects.
Experience in multi-mission environments.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Manage the functionality and efficiency of computers running one or more operating systems.
Maintain the integrity and security of servers.
Set up administrator and service accounts.
Maintain system documentation.
Interact with users and evaluate vendor products.
Coordinate hardware and software purchases and deployments.
Develop and monitor policies for computing resources.
Automate deployments and troubleshoot VDI endpoints and VMs.
Document problems and solutions and assist in creating technical docs.
Provide training and guidance to users and staff.
