Job summary

Meridian Systematics is seeking a Systems Administrator (SaaS) to join an elite, on-site team supporting enterprise and GEOINT exploitation systems. You will maintain, automate, and optimize virtualization infrastructure and user endpoints in a fast-paced, multi-mission environment.

Responsibilities include deploying and automating software across environments, resolving complex hardware and software issues, maintaining backups, and documenting processes while mentoring colleagues and ensuring

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
• 5–10 years of directly related systems administration experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience troubleshooting client operating systems, enterprise applications, and user-facing hardware in a multi-mission environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for technical documentation, tracking, and reporting.
• Strong organizational, time-management, writing, and customer service skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity, security, and performance of servers, VDI, virtual machines, and user-facing endpoints.
• Package and automate software deployments across user environments; develop and execute administrative scripts and system testing strategies; incident management & troubleshooting.
• Manage service accounts, allocate computing resources, evaluate vendor products, recommend hardware/software upgrades, and ensure robust backup and recovery processes.
• Maintain precise system documentation, create user guides, provide technical advice to end-users, and guide less-experienced team members.
