Job summary

ActioNet is seeking a Systems Administrator in a classified DoD/IC environment to install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux systems and related infrastructure at Camp Smith. The role requires onsite support 90% of the time and an active TS//SCI CI Poly clearance.

Responsibilities include building systems from bare metal, managing authentication services, backups, security monitoring, and ensuring government policy compliance while contributing to automation, documentation, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Active TS//SCI with CI Poly clearance
• 5+ years of engineering principle experience
• Experience maintaining, configuring, operating and troubleshooting complex electronic computer interface systems
• Knowledge of US Government computers, networks, and security

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, secure, and maintain Windows and Linux systems and related infrastructure.
• Build systems from bare metal in line with accredited baselines.
• Manage authentication services and access controls.
• Perform regular backups and security monitoring.
• Troubleshoot across multiple sites and ensure DoD/IC policy compliance.
• Contribute to automation, documentation, and performance optimization.
