Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions is seeking a Mission Critical Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale data center and mission-critical electrical construction projects. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and on-time delivery while coordinating with Project Managers and client representatives.

The position includes a 4-week on/extended weekend off travel rotation, with opportunities to mentor future field leaders and advance within a nationally recognized contractor.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Previous Superintendent experience leading large commercial or mission-critical projects.
• Data center or mission-critical construction experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, manpower planning, and field productivity.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel on a rotational schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations for mission-critical electrical construction projects from mobilization through commissioning.
• Supervise Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and production schedules.
• Ensure projects meet all safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Partner closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, and client representatives.
• Conduct daily planning meetings and maintain project schedules.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact production.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, daily reports, and workforce planning.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and mentor future field leaders.

Elite Executive Solutions is partnering with a leading electrical contractor to identify an experienced Mission Critical Superintendent to lead the field execution of large-scale data center and mission-critical electrical construction projects.

This opportunity is ideal for a proven field leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at managing large crews, and is passionate about delivering world‑class projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

This position follows a 4-week on / extended weekend off travel rotation, providing an excellent balance between career advancement and personal time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations for mission-critical electrical construction projects from mobilization through commissioning.
