Elite Executive Solutions seeks a Mission Critical Project Manager to lead large-scale data center and critical electrical construction projects across the United States. The role requires 5+ years in electrical construction, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and proven leadership to manage teams, owners, and subcontractors.

Travel is on a 4-week rotation with a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience managing mission-critical, data center, industrial, or large commercial construction projects.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and contract administration skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel on a rotational schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of mission-critical electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Oversee contract administration, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents, field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and client representatives.
• Monitor project financial performance, productivity, and profitability.
• Identify project risks early and implement proactive solutions.
• Maintain exceptional communication with owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, and internal leadership.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and developing project professionals.

Mission Critical Project Manager – Travel (Cedar Rapids Rotation)

Elite Executive Solutions is partnering with a leading electrical contractor to identify an experienced Mission Critical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale data center and mission-critical electrical construction projects throughout the United States.

This opportunity is ideal for a results-driven construction professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys managing technically complex projects, and excels at leading teams while building strong client relationships.

This position follows a 4-week on / extended weekend off travel rotation, offering an outstanding opportunity to work on some of the industry's most exciting projects while maintaining a predictable travel schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of mission-critical electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Approximately $150,000–$175,000
