Job summary

Zetron, a Codan Company, headquartered in Redmond, Washington, seeks a Central Solutions Sales Manager & North East Solutions Sales Manager. You will lead the full sales cycle across public safety and other mission-critical markets, building trusted relationships with leaders and coordinating complex procurements.

Responsibilities include developing strategy, translating customer requirements into Zetron solutions, and traveling throughout the assigned territory to win strategic projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of high-performing technical or solution sales experience in mission-critical technology.
• Deep knowledge of mission-critical communications platforms; IP networking, LMR, or telephony preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from target to closure in the assigned region.
• Build a focused territory and account strategy across public safety and government markets.
• Develop relationships with public-safety leaders and decision-makers.
• Lead consultative, solution-based selling translating requirements into Zetron solutions.
• Coordinate responses to RFIs, RFQs, RFPs and other tenders.
• Partner with sales engineering, product, services, and channels to deliver credible solutions.
• Travel 50-75% across the territory.
