Job summary

VTG is seeking a Software Integrator Engineer in Hanover, MD to design, develop, integrate, and maintain secure software for mission-critical national security initiatives. You will work with engineers and mission stakeholders to build scalable applications and services that protect U.S.

security interests. This role requires Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and vSphere expertise, strong Agile/DevSecOps practices, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline required.
• Four (4) years of experience as a software integrator, tester, system administrator, or systems engineer in programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Security+ or DoD 8570 compliant cert (IAT II) required and TS/SCI with Poly.
• Strong foundation in Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and vSphere; Ansible experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, and maintain secure, high-performance software solutions for national security missions.
• Containerization, systems testing, and deployment of secure solutions across Kubernetes-based platforms.
