Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Software Engineering Lead in Arlington, VA to oversee multiple Agile teams delivering mission-critical software in secure environments. You will shape architectural strategy, drive DevSecOps maturity, and advance CI/CD automation while partnering with executives, product stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable delivery.

This is a senior technical leadership role.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of relevant experience (additional experience may substitute for degree).
• Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams and delivering complex software systems.
• Strong Agile software development experience across the full SDLC.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Python, Java, PLSQL, YAML, Terraform, GitLab, Jenkins or Ansible Automation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple Agile engineering teams responsible for designing, developing, and deploying mission-critical software solutions.
• Drive architectural strategy, DevSecOps maturity, CI/CD automation, and software delivery excellence.
• Partner with executive leadership, product stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.
• Foster a high-performing engineering culture and guide long-term modernization initiatives.
