Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and enhance software for space mission ground systems and real-time capabilities. You will own complex engineering challenges, modernize legacy components, and architect new microservices to improve performance and resilience.

The role requires working across cross-functional teams with cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) and a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, delivering mission-critical solutions for GEOINT and space operations.

Qualifications

5+ years of software development with Java, Python, Rust or Go.
3+ years on Linux-based systems, containers, and orchestration tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
Experience migrating legacy apps to modern microservice architectures.
Experience with a Cloud Service Provider (AWS/Azure/Google).
Proficiency in backend and frontend languages to build complete solutions.
Collaborative work in cross-functional teams.
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
Bachelor's degree + 5+ years or 10+ years in lieu of degree.
