Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in HVAC service, facilities management, or mission-critical operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall performance of the mission critical services division.
• Develop and execute divisional business plans aligned with growth strategies.
• Partner with Director of Projects & O&M to set long-range operational, financial, and workforce plans.
• Drive customer retention, growth initiatives, and market expansion across districts.
• Establish operating standards, KPIs, and performance expectations across all locations.
• Ensure safety culture and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Direct District Managers and other leaders, focusing on development and succession planning.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
