10+ years of progressive leadership in HVAC service, facilities management, or mission-critical operations.
Experience leading multi-site operations and multiple teams.
Strong executive-level customer relationship management and business development skills.
Experience implementing scalable operational systems and performance programs.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the mission critical services division and overall performance.
Develop and execute divisional business plans aligned with growth objectives.
Drive financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning.
Ensure safety, compliance, and high service standards across districts and facilities.
Foster customer retention, expansion opportunities, and stakeholder engagement.
