Apogee is seeking a Reports & Data Analyst to support the Executive Airlift Communications Network (EACN) with full lifecycle IT trend analysis and real-time GSOC support. The role focuses on transforming multi-source data into actionable insights to guide IT resolution decisions in a 24/7 mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

Citizenship: US citizen
Clearance: TS/SCI
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Years of Experience: 12 years total; 5 years DoD experience
Preferred: Master’s Degree and 3 years in data analysis/IT systems analysis within a DoD or Federal environment

Responsibilities

Translate complex data into actionable insights for IT resolution decisions across multiple network databases.
Develop analytics and reporting capabilities to support mission operations and decision-making.
Monitor, analyze, and report on security or network incidents within a 24/7 GSOC/SOC environment.
Design and maintain databases and data collection systems for efficient data analytics.
Respond rapidly (within 15 minutes) to crisis/urgent situations during duty hours.
