Job summary

Ryan Companies US Inc in Phoenix is seeking a Mission Critical Quality Manager to lead QA/QC plans for data center projects, ensuring civil, structural, architectural, and MEP installations align with contract documents and prep for commissioning.

The role oversees the ITP, conducts daily QA/QC activities, coordinates with trade partners and client teams, and leads preparatory meetings while documenting deficiencies and corrective actions for turnover and lessons learned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural, civil, structural engineering or construction management.
• 5+ years of construction quality control experience.
• Knowledge of quality systems and standards (ISO 9000, Lean, Kaizen) and Procore/Bluebeam/Revit familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project-specific QA/QC strategy with Preparatory, Initial and Follow-up phases.
• Oversee the Inspection Test Plan for CSA and MEP installations before commissioning.
• Conduct daily QA/QC activities and weekly quality meetings with trade partners and client reps.
