Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Quality Field Engineer to join our national Mission Critical team in Madison, WI.

The role supports the Quality Manager, focusing on field inspection activities and coordination with trade partners to ensure civil, structural, architectural, and MEP work aligns with contract documents and is prepared for equipment commissioning. Ideal candidates have 1+ year construction management experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural, civil, structural engineering or construction management.
• 1+ years of successful construction management experience preferred.
• Candidate must be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of field installation requirements for each scope of work.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs and field inspections for CSA/MEP installations.
• Monitor and update the Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and logs.
• Provide photo documentation for QA/QC activities on site.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance.
• Assist with completion lists and turnover activities.
• Share lessons learned with project teams.
