Ryan Companies US, Inc. is looking for a Quality Field Engineer to join their national Mission Critical team in Milwaukee, WI. The ideal candidate will help ensure that all construction phases adhere to high-quality standards and assist Project Managers with project completion.

This role involves daily inspections, monitoring quality compliance, and collaborative efforts with trade partners. Candidates should have relevant construction management experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of successful construction management experience.
• Previous construction quality control experience is preferred.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily walkthroughs and field inspections for all CSA and/or MEP installation.
• Compile photographic evidence and documentation of QA/QC activities.
• Support project team with completion list and phase turnover activities.
• Monitor deficiencies and support corrective actions.
