Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Construction Project Management with a focus on Design-Build.
• Strong knowledge of complex MEP systems related to Mission Critical experience.
• Experience with construction projects in advanced scheduling, cost management, project controls, and safety.

Responsabilités

• Oversee project management and ensure quality, risk, safety, and compliance.
• Manage overall project finances against budget, including Change Orders.
• Lead the development of the construction schedule and oversee site progress.
