Job summary

Herc Rentals is seeking a ProSolutions Mission Critical Manager to oversee lifecycle management of Mega Projects and On-Site ventures, coordinating with Sales, Operations, and Facilities to launch and stabilize operations.

The role requires leadership in staff development, on-site coaching, and delivering exceptional customer service across multiple branches, with heavy travel up to 75% and a strong focus on process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 5 years of equipment rental leadership experience.
• Proficiency in operational systems and tools (Rental Man, FAST, Oracle, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Field Operations Team leadership to scope, plan, and execute launch and support plans for Mega Projects and On-Sites.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Operations, and Facilities to ensure successful project ramp-up and stabilization.
• Own the lifecycle of assigned projects, delivering operational and customer service excellence.
• Conduct regular project reviews, including monthly and quarterly deep dive visits.
• Perform on-site self-evaluations to identify root causes of issues and develop action plans.
