Job summary

Aldridge Electric in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Project Manager to join our Mission Critical team. You will work with the project team to deliver a safe, on-time, and on-budget project, coordinating with stakeholders and directing planning, scheduling, and cost-control activities.

This role requires a civil/construct-related degree, at least 5 years of experience, strong communication, travel ability, and proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel to job sites as required.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture on assigned projects with proactive leadership.
• Mentor and train direct reports; conduct regular performance conversations.
• Manage all project facets: safety, planning, scheduling, financials, execution.
• Monitor project health using PM tools and enact changes as needed.
• Own financial tracking and reporting for assigned projects.
• Oversee subcontractors and vendors, including safety and payments.
• Communicate with customer, address concerns, protect Aldridge.
