Job summary

A global business enterprise in Denver seeks a Project Manager responsible for overseeing the Mobile Detection Deployment Program (MDDP) and leading personnel management efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CBRN operations and demonstrate strong leadership skills. Required qualifications include an Active Secret Security Clearance and a CDL B or the ability to obtain one. The role requires flexibility for 24/7 shift work and travel. Qualifications

• Have a Commercial Driver’s License Class B (CDL B) or ability to obtain within 3 months following contract award.
• Minimum 5 years personnel leadership and management experience.
• Versed in authoritative documents as well as understanding how they are applied.

Responsibilities

• Provide input for Technical Support Specialists’ performance reviews.
• Ensure that Technical Support Specialists maintain proficiency in MDDP.
• Conduct corrective actions on staff not maintaining proficiency in MDDP.

Skills

Active Secret Security Clearance

20+ years operational CBRN experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Able to read, write, and speak English fluently

Ability to lift/carry equipment up to 50lbs

Ability to Travel 50 – 75% during the year
