Job summary

Barge Design Solutions, Inc. in Columbus, GA, is seeking a Project Manager to lead mid-sized, technically complex projects for mission-critical clients and facilities, including data centers and critical utilities.

You will drive scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction with a focus on reliability and operational continuity. As the primary liaison, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, develop contracts, mentor project staff, and ensure adherence to PM processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of project management experience in engineering/construction or mission critical facilities.
• Professional licensure or industry certification where required.
• Ability to attend and participate in PM training programs.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid-sized, technically complex projects serving mission critical clients and facilities.
• Develop contracts including subcontracts to comply with terms.
• Coordinate client meetings and internal project meetings, delivering projects to clients.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve project problems.
• Review project reports and modifications and ensure quality.
• Foster a collaborative environment and advance workplace culture.
• Attend leadership meetings and support strategic planning.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, officials, contractors, and others.
