Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Software Development Project Integrator to drive delivery of customer-focused projects at a Tysons Corner–area site.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across software development, infrastructure, and operations, tailoring project management lifecycles to a mission-critical environment. The role requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and 10+ years of technical project management experience, plus PMP certification and

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of related technical project management experience.
• Background in Software Development, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
• Hands-on experience with software development to deployment pipelines.
• Proven ability to communicate across customers, stakeholders, and teams.
• Experience tailoring project lifecycles for mission-critical environments.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement standards-based project management lifecycles tailored to this environment.
• Assist with planning activities including roadmap development and systems integration.
• Coordinate development of deliverables and products.
• Provide technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with customers and contractors; support meetings, plans, reports, and briefings.
• Attend customer meetings and serve as primary liaison when needed.
• Interact with vendors, other agencies, and customer staff on behalf of the customer.
