KBR seeks a Product Integrator to lead planning, execution and deployment of new products or complex systems, coordinating across program management, systems engineering and the UAS Project Office. The role demands high discretion and diplomacy, coordinating activities for a U.S. Army Aviation Acquisition product office.

Candidates must be self-starters capable of handling multiple tasks and maintaining professional standards in a security-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering, logistics, computer science, information systems, math, or related field.
• 20 years of related experience (8 years may substitute for degree).
• U.S. citizen with active security clearance (Secret or higher).

Responsabilités

• Program Planning & Execution: develop and maintain program-level plans, budgets and schedules.
• Stakeholder Coordination: interface with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, QA.
• Systems Integration: oversee integration of subsystems into a unified system.
• Risk and Opportunity Management: track risks and opportunities and mitigation strategies.
• Documentation and Compliance: ensure processes meet standards and security requirements (ITAR, COMSEC, OPSEC); thorough docs.
• Testing and Validation: coordinate design reviews, testing, and validation activities.
• Communication and Reporting: prepare detailed status reports for stakeholders and leadership.
