Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in a technical or related discipline with extensive experience.
• Active U.S. citizenship and security clearance at Secret level or higher.
• Experience coordinating large, multi-discipline defense programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and deployment of new products and complex systems.
• Coordinate with program managers and engineering, operations, supply chain, and QA.
• Oversee systems integration of subsystems to meet mission needs.
• Identify risks and opportunities and develop mitigation strategies.
• Document processes and ensure compliance with DoD security requirements.
• Participate in design reviews, testing, and validation activities.
• Prepare detailed program status reports for leadership.
