Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 0-2 years' experience, additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• CompTIA Security+ required; CCNA/CCNP and DoD 8570 compliance preferred.
• Experience with network diagrams, schematics, and documentation; ability to read technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, evaluate, and design configurations of data and voice networks (LAN/WAN/VPN).
• Analyze network performance trends and recommend improvements, including cloud-based systems.
• Diagnose and resolve complex network issues with real-time restoration of critical communications.
• Lead or coordinate implementation of routers, switches, firewalls, and related infrastructure.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
