Job summary

Clune Construction is seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to support our project teams in Mission Critical, Health Care and TI environments. You will organize MEP modeling, review submittals, and coordinate commissioning activities with subs and vendors in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires strong BIM/MEP expertise, 4+ years in large commercial construction, and a collaborative mindset. On-site work in Los Angeles with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Construction Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with large commercial construction projects.
• Experience coordinating with project managers, superintendents and design engineers.
• Strong BIM, MEP modeling and construction management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Management Team with Preconstruction MEP information management.
• Support and schedule 3D Model coordinator for assigned projects.
• Track MEP related MOPs and cutover activities for assigned projects.
• Coordinate commissioning documentation with subcontractors, vendors, and commissioning agent.
• Process Vendor startup and commissioning.
• Assist with organizing MEP client training.
• Train and provide guidance to MEP Team on MEP concepts and installation details.
