Qualifications

• US Citizen with Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility before start date.
• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years or Master's with 2+ years experience; more years acceptable.
• DoD 8140 Intermediate or DoD 8570 IAM Level II certification or higher.
• Foundational cloud experience with AWS and Azure.
• Experience with Linux and Windows, networking fundamentals, common protocols.
• Problem-solving with ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
• Self-starter with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and patch Linux servers (physical/virtual).
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance for high availability.
• Manage OS updates, security hardening, and DoD policy compliance.
• Support backups, disaster recovery, and data integrity.
• Administer system access, user accounts, and security configs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support deployments and modernization.
• Maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Respond to incidents and improve reliability, security, and performance.
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the team.
