Job summary

Graham Technologies seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead IT Support Services, interfacing with Government leadership to ensure contract performance, staffing, quality, risk management, and delivery across marine and aviation mission environments.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, developing program plans, and overseeing transition, staffing, and reporting, ensuring compliance with NOAA security and government property requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible IT experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex IT programs or contracts.
Experience leading multidisciplinary IT teams including security, service desk, and software development.
Experience with Federal Government or mission-critical IT programs.

Responsibilities

Lead overall contract operations and ensure successful execution of SOW requirements.
Interface with CO, COR, TM and other Government stakeholders.
Oversee staffing, scheduling, deliverables, quality control, and compliance.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, cybersecurity, service desk and networks.
Develop and maintain management plans and status reports.
Drive transition, onboarding, retention, and succession planning.
Conduct regular program status meetings and timely reporting.
Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
Identify and mitigate programmatic and operational risks.
