Job summary

CAC I is seeking a Mid-level Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and modernize signal processing software on a mission-critical program. You’ll work within an agile framework, build microservices, and create a responsive UI for data-rich workflows using Java and Python on Linux environments.

You will contribute to automated testing, DevSecOps pipelines, and the technical direction of the project while collaborating with a skilled, mission-focused team committed to national security.

Qualifications

• Clearance: Hold an active TS/SCI with polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of software development experience.
• Location: work in-person at the CACI facility in Sterling, VA.
• Experience across full stack using Java, Hibernate, Vue3, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.

Responsibilities

• Develop microservices and a UI for data-rich applications with complex workflows.
• Develop and maintain high-availability software applications.
• Write and maintain Linux-based applications using Java and Python.
• Design and implement software solutions; script and automate processes with Bash and other scripting languages.
• Write automated tests; deploy to a DevSecOps pipeline; influence project direction.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver mission-focused software and support test, integration, and deployment.
