Qualifications

• Five years of leadership experience in electrical construction.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related discipline; equivalent consideration for five+ years of experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Champion Safety Culture by modeling best-in-class practices and partnering with safety leadership.
• Oversee project management and execution, including budgets, schedules, resource allocation, and client satisfaction.
• Directly supervise staff, fostering accountability and professional growth.
• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules and budgets with senior leadership.
• Review construction methods to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, delays, and project risks with mitigations.
• Monitor costs, approve invoices, and support forecasting and monthly reporting.
• Oversee procurement and resource coordination; manage subcontractors and equipment.
• Maintain clear client and stakeholder communication as primary point of contact.
• Manage project closeout, financial reconciliation, and compliance with requirements.
• Ensure timely forms, reports, logs, and documentation; drive continuous improvement.
• Support bidding, proposals, and other business development activities.
• Mentor project teams and foster collaborative learning and growth.
