Tapestry Solutions, a Boeing Company, seeks a Software Engineer in Maryland Heights, MO to advance the next-generation Mission Planning system for the Department of Defense. You will contribute to front-end development with JavaScript and React, and back-end services with C# and C++, operating within a SAFe Agile framework.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of software development experience, experience in defense/aerospace, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, or data science and 5+ years of software dev experience.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, C# and/or C++.

Responsabilités

• Support design, development, testing, and maintenance of weapon planning software through its lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to translate customer requirements into software designs.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize software for system integrations.
• Create and maintain documentation for architectures, requirements, interfaces, and designs.
• Debug and resolve technical issues to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Participate in troubleshooting to identify root causes and solutions.
• Help establish and improve software development processes for productivity and quality.
• Contribute to test plans, unit and integration testing, and system-level validation.
