Job summary

ITC Defense is seeking a Network & Computer Systems Administrator (NCSA) to support the THAAD CLS program. The role focuses on maintaining COTS and THAAD systems and providing technical support to DoD Warfighters on the THAAD Missile Defense System.

The candidate will work with Linux, UNIX, Red Hat, and Windows environments, ensuring system readiness, reliability, and timely troubleshooting. A Secret clearance and CLS experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
• 2–4+ years of relevant automation systems, network administration, or computer systems administration experience.
• CLS/ILS/FSR experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain CompTIA Security+ within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to obtain Class A CDL within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to obtain AMMO-45 and AMMO-65 certifications.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot COTS and THAAD hardware, software, networks, peripherals, and tactical-system components.
• Perform system and network administration and troubleshooting up to Warfighter level, including IP configuration, monitoring, diagnostics, software installation, IAVA updates, log analysis, and backups.
• Configure and maintain information-processing equipment and operating environments using Linux, UNIX, Red Hat, and Windows OS.
• Provide timely technical support to U.S. DoD Warfighters and support mission requirements.
• Support other team members and perform additional duties as assigned.
