Job summary

F6 Data Solutions seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead data center commissioning, startup, and service projects. You will own stakeholder communication, execution planning, schedule management, risk mitigation, and closeout from mobilization through customer acceptance.

Success relies on exceptional communication, de-escalation skills, and cross-functional leadership. A technical background in data centers is preferred; primarily remote work is offered with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of project management experience in field service, construction, commissioning, or similar environments.
• Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder projects and communicate with customers, contractors, and teams.
• Strong de-escalation, conflict resolution, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with billing, change orders, and project documentation.
• Proficiency with Excel and field service/project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary hands-on project management contact across stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings, set agendas, decisions, actions, and follow-through.
• Identify and resolve conflicts, align expectations, and document outcomes.
• Manage scope, schedule, risks, and budget to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with sales, field teams, OEMs, and program managers for seamless execution.
• Ensure billing readiness and proper documentation for milestones.
